Install Notes
1. Install rainmeter and unload all the skins
2. Patch your system with universal theme patch > Reboot once completed!
3. Place the windows 8 theme into C:WindowsResourcesThemes
4. Apply the theme via personalize shortcut on desktop (right click)
5. Change your start orb to the windows 8 one via start orb changer Place WP7 into C:UsersUSERNAMEDocumentsRainmeterSkins

Unload, and install panels as you please, to make your windows 8 style desktop.
If you like my battery bar, its included in the package. Just put the files in a loacation they wont be
deleted and make the application run on startup.
An extra tweak to make windows 7 have a little bit more of a windows 8 look, use TBarIconBlanker
to remove the icon in the title bar of your windows. Make this application run on startup, so you dont have
to do it manually every time.
To make your programs and applications run on startup, I recommend using a program by r2 Studios
Startup Delayer. This program enables you to disable startup programs, and enable startup programs,
as well as delay their launch.
